Cuando dejamos de hablar, algo se reorganiza.

La percepción se afina. Los sentidos se abren. La vida se vuelve más nítida: los colores, los sonidos, el tacto, la presencia. Aparece una forma distinta de estar.

En este estado, el encuentro con otras personas cambia de naturaleza. Nos relacionamos desde la mirada, el gesto, el contacto o la danza, sin necesidad de sostenernos en la historia personal. Más directos, más disponibles, más reales.

El silencio no es solo ausencia de palabras. Es un espacio que ordena, que regula y que permite que el sistema nervioso descienda. Desde ahí, la escucha se profundiza y el cuerpo encuentra más espacio.

En paralelo, la danza abre otro canal.

El Ecstatic Dance nos ofrece un entorno claro donde el movimiento toma protagonismo. Un espacio donde descargar, explorar y dar forma a lo que está vivo en el cuerpo. Sin coreografías, sin expectativas, dejando que la inteligencia del propio organismo guíe el proceso.

Esta conjunción de silencio y movimiento da lugar a una experiencia que nos descarga, ordena y devuelve energía, generando claridad y una conexión más directa con la vida y lo que está presente en este momento.

Lugar

Les Eres de Guardiolans ofrece un entorno especialmente adecuado para esta experiencia. Naturaleza, calma y unas instalaciones cuidadas que acompañan el proceso con coherencia y sencillez.

Horario

El retiro comienza el jueves a las 18:00 con el círculo de apertura y finaliza el domingo después de la comida. Cada día incluye sesiones de Ecstatic Dance con DJs y música en vivo, así como dinámicas y meditaciones. También habrá tiempo suficiente para descansar y disfrutar del entorno natural.

Aportación

• Habitación compartida: 370€
• Habitación doble: 420€

El precio es por persona e incluye todas las actividades y pensión completa.

When we stop speaking, something reorganizes.

Perception sharpens. The senses open. Life becomes more vivid: colors, sounds, touch, presence. A different way of being emerges.

In this state, the way we relate to others shifts. We meet through eye contact, gesture, touch or dance, without relying on personal stories. More direct, more available, more real.

Silence is not just the absence of words. It is a space that brings order, regulates and allows the nervous system to settle. From there, listening deepens and the body finds more space.

Alongside this, dance opens another channel.

Ecstatic Dance offers a clear space where movement takes the lead. A place to release, explore and give shape to what is alive in the body. No choreography, no expectations—allowing the body’s own intelligence to guide the process.

This combination of silence and movement creates an experience that releases, organizes and restores energy, bringing clarity and a more direct connection with life and what is present in the moment.

Les Eres de Guardiolans offers an ideal setting for this experience, with nature, calm surroundings and carefully maintained spaces that support the process.

Schedule

The retreat begins on Thursday at 18:00 with the opening circle and ends on Sunday after lunch. Each day includes Ecstatic Dance sessions with DJs and live music, along with dynamics and meditations. There will also be sufficient free time to rest and enjoy the natural surroundings.
